Anybody know if GM did a better job of protecting the coolant lines than last time they built a mid engined car? I mean putting the coolant lines where the normal jack points are sounds like a great idea, ohh wait no it sounds like a terrible idea.

I’m guessing the Driving School is for general managers to have an excuse go out to drive fast cars, then eat & drink on the dealership dime. Techs get to learn those in-vehicle driving and handling skills in customer cars.
Fuck payday loan grifters. No one should give this asshole a single cent.
This right here. The 0-100-0 stat is part of Shelby history. To not understand that when talking about the new GT500 and why Ford used it is to show a lack of that history.
One metric we all want but rarely see is the 60-80mph “out of my way, grandma!” metric.
There is history in this: The original 427 Cobra was legendary for many years its 0-100-0 feat, so much so that Motor Trend years later pitted the Viper against it. Remember, back in the 1960s, most cars had terrible brakes and a lot of weight to handle. The Cobra legend arose because it was essentially a race car for…
0-100-0 is a better metric to use than 0-60 or even 1/4 mile. It is 2 (TWO) metrics in one!
Great until you actually try to sit in it or drive it.
Am I strange because I’d rather buy a truck, trailer, Viper ACR, a shitload of tires, and 365 track days around the country than this Lambo?
Haha! Yes, adding a 100 horsepower motor to a 755 horsepower motor will result in an 855 horsepower engine. Whether you add the 100 hp by connecting an electric motor to the supercharger or by adding a 100hp electric motor directly to the crankshaft.
It’s time for some vulgarity. I’m done playing nice and pretending that there’s any middle ground here. At least six kids have died in U.S. custody in the past year from torture and neglect at U.S. concentration camps. No kids died in immigration custody in the decade before that. And now American kids are being…
1) The kid who recently got picked up by ICE was an American citizen. His mother even brought his birth certificate and they insisted it was fake. He spent a month sleeping on a floor in an overcrowded cell with 60 men. The kid lost 20 pounds because these concentration camps aren’t providing basic food or medical…
As I mention at the end of the post, this photoshop incident isn’t a big deal. But we’ll take any small victory these days when American teens are being placed in concentration camps and lose 20 pounds over a few weeks because they got picked up for being the wrong color.
Another infuriating, stark reminder that abusers don’t fit any specific profile, they’re everywhere. Apologies for apparently being one of the few commenters who don't find this funny.
I mean...something will happen right? We’re talking about a country where a guy with a rifle entered a pizza and ping pong parlor to free child sex slaves based on some 4chan shit.
Meanwhile in conservative states:
Things that I don’t personally like: sore losers and poor winners. People that don’t shake hands and congratulate the opponent - unless there is good reason for that.
Great analogy, thanks for the education. I wasn’t thinking about Uber drivers being “off the clock” and needing encouragement to go get a fare. Makes sense!
It is not in Uber or Lyft’s economic interest to encourage people to find other ways to travel. Surge pricing was always billed as the carrot to get more drivers on the street to carry the waiting passengers.
Are you fucking kidding me?
