What I’m saying is that the manual steering would tire out your left arm much faster with a typical Alfa style manual transmission

Well Vin I like the idea. Although, I’m not much to voice my opinion when it comes to that kind of stuff. The only reason I started using Yelp was when I was going into NYC a lot and wanted to remember all the crazy places I ended up late at night and whether or not I liked them haha. Either way I like reading about

All interesting stuff. So your policy would be, if I signed up with you, that you would make sure my complaint got re-iterated a certain amount of times on social media? Interesting. Who would the followers be that would re-tweet? It would have to be employees or bots right?

And that’s all totally understandable. Car manufacturers are running a business and are the mercy of the market. Automatics are driving most of the market right now and they know that. Unfortunately the average enthusiast like me doesn’t have the money or leverage to make much of a difference.

This is why your comment is frustrating to people who like to drive a car with a stick: you don’t care much either way, when there are people like me and the commenter above that are truly passionate about it. I’ve driven sports cars with a stick and automatic and I’ve never EVER found one engaging with an automatic,

I think you misunderstood his statement. He was saying he would prefer to have both unassisted steering and a manual transmission. Having unassisted steering is for driving enjoyment, but for some reason they decided to dilute that with an automatic transmission.

an 89 930 would be fun OR how about a 993 RS clubsport? or a 74 3.0 RS?????

NOPE. It’s an ideology and obviously the two sides of the stick/ auto argument are far apart. It’s not being edgy it’s taking a stand for something one believes in. If you threw me the keys to a La Ferrari and a Carrera GT, I’d hop in the GT mainly because it’s got a stick. Which would you drive?

Lol are you saying that driving a car with a stick is too physically demanding?

The Corvette is faster in certain situations, but not always. I know reviews don’t always tell the whole story but I don’t believe that the new zo6 is as track capable as the viper. What do you make off the power loss claims after a couple laps?

Haha yeah it was pretty goofy looking back on it...that spinner knob would have been critical!

No no...I would reach my left hand over to the right to shift. It was all wrong. I was 17 though so it made perfect sense.

Now playing

Oh well would ya look at that I made it!

30 seconds of commercials on a 45 second video. That ratio is offensive.

We have a gen 4 viper. First of all, I don’t care how fast it is comparatively because it’s truly a thrilling, exciting and addicting driving experience. I want three pedals.

Oooh also when I broke my foot I started driving almost immediately after I got the hard cast off. I got into my car with my boot on, took it off and drove with a barely functioning foot. It was extremely uncomfortable to slam on the brakes. Luckily that never came up.

I see many of these stories involve injury. I drove my WRX for about a month with a broken right shoulder in a sling. I would take my hand off the wheel to shift with my left hand. Not smart.

I know you’re the brains behind the beauty shots Matt. It just comes naturally to you...either way I look forward to more of your videos.

Hmm that’s interesting. So when you’re shooting video you’ll have to do a couple takes to get the shot and make sure you cover everything? I know the feeling though...when you want to get out and drive it’s hard to focus on the details about the car.

Yeah I’d be willing to agree but do you think the rest of the drivers out there are qualified to understand what they are going to be experiencing without the presentation? Is it best driving methods or just a sales pitch on the technology?
