Reasonably light? Something tells me this probably won't be the case.

I'll need to rack my memory as it's been a while since I've had this discussion, but the entire series finale episode of "House" was shot with a 5D if I remember correctly.

DSLRs are becoming more prevalent. A lot of feature films have been shot with DSLRs, including some really, really big name films (not exclusively on DSLRs, though).

Are you suggesting that filming with DSLRs results in poor footage or that filming with a poor quality DSLR results in poor footage?

You say that as if there are places in Austin proper where parking doesn't suck. The weather is an anomaly, though.

Glad to do it, thanks for bringing it up so I knew to look for it. Very interesting stuff.

They're going to make plenty of gains: those of the fiscal variety. I'm not sure they're particularly worried about pedantic purists.

My biggest issue with them is the interior. Rode in a buddy's one time, couldn't believe how cheap and plasticky it was. Remined me of a similar-era Chevy Cavalier.

No fucking shit.

You're spot on here.

I sincerely hope that you were misclassifying the tunes from the first ad as "smooth jazz" and not the big band number from the second ad.

"But not at another driver's expense"?

Exo Cage is correctomundo,

See: mayorjimmy's analysis on importation. We were relatively douche-free (ignore Rick Perry, he's a fucking Aggie) until the importation of all of these Californians and assorted other people who finally realized that $800,000 should buy you more than 2000 sq. ft. of house.

Did some light work on an Econoline I bought for a road trip. Seemed pretty straightforward.

Torque-steer seems to be the only issue. Every review I've read has said that it's the most tail-happy FWD car they've ever driven, and while I wasn't trail braking or anything it when I test drove one, it really didn't want to plow at all. I was very impressed.

FWD packaging = lower floor = more capacity

To the engineering geniuses complaining about FWD:

I do love the wonderful irrelevance of sperm.
