Obviously I haven’t watched this but the “hes not here to defend himself” stuff bothers me because w’eve seen time and again that a big reason why this stuff doesn’t come out until they are gone is the power of celebrity and keeping things quiet.

People really shouldn’t sleep on Jenny Lewis. Th Voyager was one of the best indie rock albums that year and “Rabbit Fur Coat” was basically everything I wanted from a Alt Country album.

The purpose of the show has always been a TNG style nostalgia show. TNG had those same kinda plots but now they can do them with better sensibilities. I don’t need it to be a soap opera but I like a little romance subplot. its more human that way.

I like the romance subplots because it’s one thing TNG was mostly bad at. I love the characters on that show but they were also a bit too good at times. I like this change in the Orville even if the humour doesn’t always work 

Why does this site just ignore all the abuse allegations of Kia Stevens? She seems to be one of the few people that gets a pass here. 

I dont disagree with the article persay but most of the reason this stuff gets disliked is because of downvote “Im doing my part” campaigns. Its a lot like the “pride and accomplishment” thing on reddit.

No ashley monroe? A great mix of gospel and Americana made it the best country album of the year in my opinion.

Seinfeld is popular but friends has an young person appeal that seems to be growing recently. I work at a university and Ive seen multiple friends shirts on people born in like 2002. Plus the humour is a little broader and has a bit of a soapy romanance subplot that helps it.

was Bohemian Rhapsody really a big surprise? They seem to have has much reverence as ever being the go to “music used to be good unlike today” band. Like the Beatles of a new generation. I saw this doing well from the start.
