That codriver is a pro. Totally unshaken from barreling off a cliffside. "You went the wrong way on the crest, mate."

Glad I'm not the only one. I've seen that light enough for a lifetime :(

Where the hell is Forver? Nebraska?

Apologies- this is a Mazda 20B 3-rotor engine taken from the Eunos Cosmo, but more commonly seen in RX-7s. It represents the ultimate in production rotary engines, being the only 3-rotor engine ever mass produced.

God bless this beautiful, sexy machinery:

I love it. So much.

Dat Filed To: tag is my NEW FAVOURITE EVER YES.

god, ditch that shitty Lexus with the dildo-knob shifter and BUY THIS RAPH.

Yeah, they've held their value very well in North America.

Exactly.

The FD RX-7. Was originally priced (and designed) to compete with Porsches. It did. But you don't get that sort of brand privilege from Mazda, even at the time. People were simply unwilling to spend so much money on a car from a lesser brand.

I like this so much better than the design they actually revealed...

This was neat and all, but I'd love to see a similar chart for everyday beige sedans. It would be really interesting to see how they stack up against sports icons of yesteryear. And also probably depressing.

HNNGGG.

No Rx-7, no care :(

Have to disagree about the New Beetle. I know. Blasphemy. Due to hilarious circumstances, I've been forced to daily one for the last 2 and a half years, and besides the infamous (terrible) reliability that also plagues the Golf and every other VW of the era, it's a pretty decent ride.

That is one of the best looking cars I've ever laid eyes on. God damn.

It's gotta be Eunos. Mazda was really pushing tech forward with Eunos before it collapsed, and by god I'd love to see a return to that. The 20B, the most badass factory Engine ever produced by Mazda, went in a Eunos car. Enough said.

ACGTH was hilarious, and watching the tiny Tercel get the shit hooned out of it by madman/videographer-with-a-death-wish Tom Morningstar is WELL worth the price of admission all by itself.
