Let’s take a moment to appreciate Joey Votto’s constant execution of restraining Yasiel Puig since he became a Red. Votto deserves a contract incentive for leading the league this year in PHB (Puigs Held Back).

I’l buy that Puig may not be a bright man.  But it sure looked to me like Strop was annoyed by his attitude when it was obvious they were going to pitch around him and threw right at his ass.

The only stupid one here is the dude pitching around Puig with a 5-run lead in the eighth inning and two outs.
