Thanks I’m so happy to be apart of this community now. I’m also considering trading in the four wheels for two permanently. Picking up a beater truck/tow vehicle and a decent bike sound like a good combo right now. I’m planning on going to the track, just feels safer to me and I highly doubt I’ll ever be “fast” I’m

Thanks for the response! I know hat there are way more advanced techniques than MSF (which I had a great time doing this weekend) I watch the videos to try and identify and stop any bad habits that I might be inclined to do. Mainly I watch the videos for entertainment and to see what happens when things do go bad so I

I want it.

I call it “File Cabinet Grey” and it looks amazing on that car.

Gross.

I’ll take Gordon Ramsey + Dune reference for $500

Haha!!!

Just don’t kill Ghost the direwolf please!!! I can watch people’s heads get squished, pregnant women get stabbed to death, heroes get beheaded but the wolf killing is way too much. I would be cool with everyone in that room getting brutally hacked to death, very slowly if Ghost gets out.

Those google searches would take me somewhere I don't want to go.

Thanks! I’m so happy to finally get to do it and I’ve bought gear that made the salesman and my buddy a bit jealous that they didn’t get to start with. I can’t wait to get it nice and worn in. Haven’t studied for anything in 14 years and I’m up at 11 on a work day going through my handbook taking notes! Can’t wait!

Would make a a kick ass work truck, weekend adventure mobile. I like it.

lol “Denver”

My driving instructor drove one at my track day and it was plenty fast. He had done some slight mods (maybe +15hp) but nothing insane and I had a great time on a ride-a-long. For real life and not getting in trouble it is plenty. On the track in he right hands it kicks ass. Also it does seem to take to mods very nice

Thanks! That’s a nice deal. My friend is telling me to go 300f as well. I do love me some Honda reliability and their service network is pretty large. Where I’d have to go to L.A. (60 mile drive) For the closest KTM official dealer.

sorry to ask but, do you live somewhere with warm weather? My concern with the KTM is the heat it apparently gives off. I live in SoCal and I could see this getting rough. Thanks for your first hand knowledge though. Quirks and Maintence don’t bother me too much unless it’s excessive and ridiculous.

Really just aesthetics. I really like the styling of the KTM and the more upright riding position. I’m not against the ninja though, probably give it a test ride if they let me.

I appreciate your advice and I agree. I misspoke by saying testing limits, I wouldn’t do that in my car I certainly wouldn’t do it on a bike. I meant that comment referring to the limits at which I’m willing to ride which are WAY below the bikes and even my physical capabilities just like with my car. I definitely

Thanks! The two Grom owners I know are experienced guys and they do exactly that screw around when hey aren't on their big bikes. The KTM is my first choice unless the 300f just blows me away. Excited to be apart of he community everyone has been very helpful and supportive.

Road bikes are the real scourge of the canyons. Lane blocking, going too slow for traffic and some insane sense of entitlement that the road is more yours than anyone else’s. I always give you guys room and only pass when safe, that being said you people never follow any rules and basically do what you want and then

Taking my motorcycle safety course this weekend. Watching Rnickeymouse videos and asking my experienced friends what went wrong in the videos has been part of the process for me. I’m probably a bit older than most first time riders (36)but I’m hoping that my strong desire to live and being a somewhat mature adult will
