this is all because of a false case that went viral in china. like you said, the most famous case is a man who took a woman to the hospital and the judge said only a guilty person would help them. This case was held up for years as an example as to why you should never help people in China.

I mean even after she was less off the rails in 2012 she still totally blew the Elizabeth Taylor biopic. I think that was her chance to show that her talent was still there despite all her drama and she just couldn’t show that. I think that was her come back chance and she couldn’t make it happen.

Yeah it feels like it would have been better for them to have been involved some how. Now they were just like “oh no we aren’t involved they’re just using us to fundraise and drum up interest, you know, make them feel connected to the PEOTUS”
