Ferrari's made a big deal about how the seating is as close to a single-seater race car as you can get, and it absolutely feels that way. The seat puts your butt and ankles at about the same height, and it genuinely doesn't feel like anything else you've driven.

I don't think its all necessarily 12 year olds, but that most people (especially non-jalops) believe Ferrari to be in some stratosphere untouched by any other competitors. Saying we have great respect for Ferrari is an understatement, but the modern Ferrari has come off as an extremely arrogant company in many ways.

You're not the only one, I haven'e been interested in most Ferraris of late, possibly with the exception of the 458, to me they look like vain children riding on the coattails of wealthy and famous parents. The last true and desirable Ferrari was the F40 (again with the exception of the 458).
