If this happens I want a racing series for people like me. Once I figure out who “people like me” are.

If I want a Chrysler/Italian mashup, there’s a 2014 500 Abarth with 38K on it down the street from me for $12,000. I’d rather have that (and actually kind of want it).

We aren’t talking about Snidely Whiplash here.

I thought maybe it drained a vomit trough in the console or something- because you will eventually drive past a reflective surface,

Then there’s Bamber doing his best stadium truck technique to get past a pack of cars...

The 24 is an unforgiving bastard.

Probably a combination of adrenaline and that bullheaded competitiveness racers all have.

I don’t think it was a lack of car control as much as it was a lack of judgment and spatial awareness.

An MRI showed that Davies sustained thorax trauma, a fractured vertebrae and a contusion of the left thumb in the crash

The thing that sets LeMans (and WEC in general) apart, at least for me, is that it’s the only racing I follow where I want everyone to do well. I have favorites, of course, but there’s no one I actively hope fall on their faces like in everything else. It’s really refreshing.

Sure did- just had to be

Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start actually.

For less money you can get this-

Not just no, but hell no. These things are so ugly and look so incredibly cheap.

Sounds like a rat rod project.

You’re correct- those engines are under a TON of strain for very long periods of time. Oddly enough, I remember seeing a lot of old gas-powered Ford 300 inline sixes doing that job.

This is a truly pretty car. I didn’t think so at first, but man, did it grow on me. I also think that going by base price and...ahem...history, this is going to be a MUCH better value long-term than any of its competition. If I had the means to look into one, which I don’t, the Lexus would start out at my top choice

McLaren-Honda and a pivot irrigator.

I forgot the obvious- cut holes in the undertray and go at it Flintstone-style.
