Not to mention the salt. I don’t understand how that is missed in this article. The byproduct is water, oxygen and the precipitated salt + various impurities present in environmental water, which I suspect throws a huge wrench into things.

But its green and so you will be willing to pay $60 per pound for salmon instead of $20!

Cool. So instead of transferring solar energy to a propeller at 100% efficiency, we perform hydrolysis and add tons of extra crap to the boat to achieve...a much lower efficiency.

Einstein is quoted as saying Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another

Just two days ago I remarked that I didn’t know if I could buy a Cybertruck, or a Rivian.

Shhhhh.... There’s a narrative. You can’t go against it. Submit, you climate denier.

This, and the tiny engine, is my issue with miatas.

I’m 5 foot 13 and I just fit in the ND.

In addition to a huge oil tank the air cooled porches have radiators in the front of the car and piping to circulate the oil from front to back. In effect the air cooled porches were alreadyliquid’ cooled.

and this is why super/hyper cars don’t matter to me. They’re just superfluous dong measuring that’ll never be anything more than a showpiece. At least the ridiculously garage queened corvettes will more than likely see 30k on the odometer.

Nothing.  That’s the problem. And whatever it is that HD has, Indian is now doing better.  HD is stuck in their box, and it’s all their own doing.  I think their failure is imminent.

I see your point and I get what your saying. I think for me there are so many using these screens and infotainment system are being used in way there not supposed to be. Like putting their car on “auto-pilot” to have a nap or watch a movie. Then again that is a whole differnt can of worms.

I see this as more 2 series competition, maybe Miata or TT. A fun <40k rwd coupe for adults.

40k wouldn’t be bad at all, if it was a car worthy of the price tag.

It’s not my fault the auto industry has stripped me of my optimism.

If this is true (IF), I would be very happy with a Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo.

“I don’t know too many people who drive 194 miles in a day regularly, so I still wouldn’t consider range anxiety too high on my list of things to be worried about when buying a new EV.”

Don’t forget, this was under optimal conditions. Try driving in winter with the heater on and in snow/rain and your range is

ITS POETRY IN MOTION

So you’re saying that we shouldn’t try because things cost money?

I read somewhere that Toyota plans to release a Supra with a 4 cylinder, which is basically what a Celica used to be, so the purists will be frothing regardless.
