I agree with you that he repeated himself, reiterating upon the same general shape and aesthetic, but I don’t think any of it was safe (relative to the rest of the industry) or boring. He did some lovely work with both Jag and AM, which visually stand out from many of their competitors

Whenever the gov decides to “get involved”, the corporations scream “uncertainty” and raise their prices because they can now claim to have a reason other than “more profit, of course”. Tariffs most likely in this case; auto parts prices have been shooting upward way beyond normal inflationary rates.
