I in no way explicitly said that what the cop did was right. I in no way implied it. I explicitly said I was wrong, and worthy of investigation.

A particularly alarming trend is the use of vehicles to attack crowds of protesters.
They why bother with performance or engineering? Why not just make a styling exercise that has a modest and merely adequate to cruise level of power and performance?

And only limited mileage per day.
If the ground effects and high wing are two of the most popular options, then the Corvette has MUCH bigger problems than those two things not being available.
Looks like a huge schnozz on the front to interrupt the rest of the ‘boring’.
Agreed. Before it got finished, it is hard to make a definitive case that the car was going to be a literal Eleanor replica other than the commentary.
Ah... the wonders of a space-frame.
A slightly longer transit connect competitor with that sort of tailgate (or one that both swings down as a ramp, or swings out to the side, with a gull-wing upper that hinges deep into the roof, would be very handy, in addition to one sliding side door, also.
RC-F is also likely heavier than RC 350, in terms of engine, extra sporty bodywork, and additional options, bigger brakes, cooling, etc... plus generally being inefficient with weight, because why should Lexus be light, when they would get dinged for not being vault-quiet and insulated.

240Z was one of two japanese affordable alternatives to emulate the Jaguar E-type... (the other being the Yamaha-Toyota 2000GT that Nissan didn’t buy into when Yamaha brought it to them first... Nissan just cloned it themselves)
370Z, and this rendering are still a bit more pronounced with the peak at the top of the windshield, compared to the S30-series Z cars, but it is obviously familiar. This rendering seems to have a larger rear quarter window, and a generally cleaner look. The rear fenders and the Kamm-tail look much better... if it has…
The X in ZX didn’t mean turbo, it meant more options rather than lighter weight. The S130 280ZX was a bigger, better optioned car than the S30 280Z it replaced, but it wasn’t as light or handling-focused.
The question is... what is fundamentally wrong with the chassis layout, if the suspension gets renovated, the exterior styling gets fixed, the materials get lighter, and the amenities get brought up to date, and the engine gets updated?
Correct. It was an up-spec 6-cylinder Celica, then it’s own up-spec 6-cylinder GT. the A80 was a bloated monster that tried to look like a combination between a front-engine rip-off of an F40, and a marshmallow.
very small minorities modify their new cars, especially while under warranty.
