Or the RC350. A Supra could have been a 2-seat shortened-wheelbase version of the RC/IS chassis with an Evora-like Supercharged 2GR-FE V6 with 400hp.

WHY?

Actually, other than the gimmicky two tone paint (some typhoons were not black, and could get a bit gimmicky... it was the early 90s...)

The Toyotas may be a bit more reliable, mechanically than the engines that were available for Pontiac to put in the Fiero.

That is why income tax is broken as a concept.

Funny, then, that average household income (not just single-earner, but whole-household) has been hovering between 50-60K/year inflation adjusted for the last 40 years or so. somewhere between 10-30K less than that satisfaction level, which is actually in the 15-30% less range, depending on if you are comparing 60 to

I wouldn’t mind a targa at all, especially if there was an option for brushed gunmetal gray on the targa bar, the windshield header, and the mirror caps, and perhaps a more technical looking fabric on the center roof panel.

996 Carrera or Carrera4, 986 Boxster and Boxster S, and some early, base, high-mile 987s are in the neighborhood of a used 370Z, from 6-16K$

I was CLEARLY talking about an ICE only needing a fuel filter and air filter for particulates that can clog fuel injection or carburetors, and dust or particulates in the air causing cylinder scoring and wear of valves and cylinders. Physical damage on moving parts.

The answers.

Hybrid is fine... unaffordable and unobtainable is another matter.

Fundamentally different applications.

Oxygen combines with lots of other things, and keeping it isolated, and keeping it from igniting... is not exactly nothing.

Fuel cells are a good idea, but FEEDING a fuel cell is the problem,

See, now I don’t get why Supra/Z4 and Boxster/Cayman are so expensive.

I always bristle at the concept that customers are directly responsible for the products that producers produce. Influence, sure. Not responsibility.
