Get out!!!

Think of the “Baby on Board” not as a “be nice to me” but instead as a “I am likely sleep deprived and have a monumental distraction on board that could, at any time, literally spew bodily fluids all over me and I have essentially zero control over, so watch out.”

The first few times I noticed those stickers were always on a car a girl was driving. I thought it said slut life.. lol now I always just pretend it says slut life and laugh to myself. Slut Life. Own it girl!

And think of the effect of the auto market with all those repo’d vehicles back on the lot...

I totally agree...but maybe its impact will be the same exact thing.

What kind of F1 style-megasoft compound are you using on a street car that turning the tire while stopped is creating any kind of noticeable flat-spot?

The fact they allowed him to ride after he missed the riders’ meeting exposes them to MORE liability, not less.

Out of curiosity, do we know the sandbags were covered in the drivers’ meeting? A lot of where the blame falls in this case seems to hinge on whether it was reasonable for the driver to assume those sandbags were there, either because that’s a reasonable place for them to be or because it was (potentially) covered in

I think he gave up to early on his line. If he had held it longer he probably would have made the corner. I think he realized he was going to be close, freaked out, and began target fixation. He should he leaned more.

He broke his legs. That sucks. The sandbags shouldn’t have been in the runoff area where people are likely to go off track.

I feel so inadequate now.

I kept waiting for him to let ‘er rip...it didn’t rip.

You are a better man than I! I would have grabbed my gallon of simple green, splashed it on the spill and hosed it out of my driveway

Don’t pretend like cop training prepares you to out race a Hellcat in a shitty PPV.

I run track days with the guys who train Michigan State Police, I’m sure the Indiana curriculum is similar.. Their training is ok but hardly enough for me to feel confident without knowing the specific officer.

Now you have two cars behaving extremely recklessly (by definition)

Set up a road block and stop the Hellcat

Hold my beer.

I never understood the cannonball style multistate method “of making good time”. Safety and legal aside, your fuel economy suffers to the point that additional stops are needed, so your likely to spend more time stopped.

toll roads should not have speed limits. There, I said it.
