From my experience as an automotive engineer, auto parts (at least the ones we make) are only designed to last a certain amount of cycles ( or miles ). Therefore, the total number of cycles on a car’s parts is a critical factor in how much life they have left.

Even though this is an extremely clean example with many desirable options, a 182000 miles is way too high for $6000 IMO
