For some reason I always thought carbonara was too tricky to make at home (maybe because so many restaurants make their carbonara with a cream sauce instead of just eggs?).

Ghirardelli is always our (adult) household’s choice, but there is also a vast difference between the “Double Chocolate” option in grocery stores and the even more superior “Triple Chocolate” ones available at Costco.

Their (expected) reactions to the location made me realize that it took a while, but I’ve officially lived here long enough where it’s okay for ME to make fun of Cleveland, but don’t you fucking dare without coming here and eating first. We are an *excellent* food city.

My school has one of these, and the pizza is.. fine. The novelty is fun, but with ours you can’t even see the pizza made/heated, which takes away some of the magic.
