This. I once tried to help what turned out to be a trustee’s kid who was struggling with some major personal issues, and was told in no uncertain terms by people way too high in the administration that I was to “drop it, now.”

Hugs! The only sleep aid that ever really helped me was benedryl, though it does make me groggy in the morning. Still, during those weeks where I’d be averaging 3 hours a night otherwise it’s a godsend.
