I'm sorry but blocking that guy was complete and utter BS. Who exactly decides what is or is not appropriate? The regulars around here get away with stuff that can be construed as far more offensive. Whoever is moderating should be ashamed.

Deadspin generally discourages lovey-dovey interaction in their comments section. Please restrict yourself to humour and snide remarks, preferably about someone who has recently died.
The line you chose to take there is not a useful one. Yeah we all know Bob Costas is a prick and means absolutely none of what he says. But almost every point he made is a good one in my opinion. It would have been better to appreciate the message for what it is rather than undermine it by mocking the messenger.
I had to look it up. You learn something every day.
What we know: Jovan Belcher killed someone.
What a terrible article this is. So disliking tattoos makes you racist does it? I wonder who the person doing the stereotyping really is here...

You make a compelling argument. I mean, it's not like there are dozens of by-the-book pass interference and holding calls every football game that never get called, right? And it's not like baseball relies on the most backward of all mechanisms to decide every single freakin' facet of the game despite a better one…

Just when you need a guy to tell you how to make $0.89 on your computer, he doesn't show up.
I hear hurling is big in New York right now.
He took a quick look at the floating hologram scoreboard and realised there just wasn't enough time on the clock.
Why is there no "More Stories..." button when you filter by tag? I was looking forward to reliving the incident chronologically through DS articles but now you ruined it for me. Good day sir.
All this needs is a Monty Python policeman.
I've only now just been wondering whether I should study outside today or whether I've spent more than enough on coffee this month. This article is enough of a sign from the universe for me. I'm off.
Despite CBS's characteristically atrocious camera angles, it is pretty clear that his knee hits the ground very early.
That was a pretty generous spot on the Ray Rice play. I'd feel hard done by if I were the Chargers.
First picture = 'Never Say No to Panda' panda. (
Hahahahaha....No.
Falcons and Bucs? Seriously?
