Maybe just have Sarah (Jennifer Connelly) get pulled back into the Labyrinth after Jareth’s death as the new Goblin Queen? They could make her a sympathetic and unwilling protagonist, or just have her go completely batshit crazy and embrace it as the new villain.

Only because people were judging a worst case scenario by W, Bush I or Reagan. Now that we’ve seen how much worse the worst case scenario can actually be...there are going to be a lot fewer folks saying “they’re equally awful.”

There are a lot more (and easier) clicks in “OMFG, THE WORLD IS ON FIRE AND THESE IDIOTS ARE MAKING IT SO MUCH WORSE!!!” than in thoughtful, well-researched reporting on the challenges and trade-offs of responsible governing.

Have conservatives ever considered that the bus isn’t against them as human being so much as it’s against misinformation, demonstrable lies and discriminatory/hate speech?

Plus, it’s probably unrealistic to hope that RBG has 4+ more years on the bench left in her. Whoever wins this election will nominate at least one SCOTUS seat. And a conservative supermajority on the Supreme Court would be a problem for a generation, doing vastly more lasting damage than any one President likely…

They’re pretty awful here in FL, too. You have to do some driving to hit a less popular beach. Going at the public beach access in town, people are on top of each other.

Doesn’t seem like a great idea.  Confined space, questionable amount of distance, singing.  But I wasn’t going to church before the pandemic and don’t see myself going now...so, it’s kind of a moot point for me, personally.

And don’t forget the big voter fraud commission that he set up shortly after the election, with super-voter-fraud-watchdog Chris Kobach at the helm. That was disbanded quietly a few months later, having been unable to produce any evidence of actual voter fraud.

It’s the “or otherwise” that concerns me.

This is nothing new, at least not in the grand scheme of things. Google and Microsoft have had contractors via LeapForce (now owned by Appen) and Lionsbridge grading Google Assistant and Cortana response logic and speech production quality for years. 

But the question becomes - is there a practical benefit at having the PS5’s 5.5 gb/s transfer rate vs XBSX’s 2.4 gb/s? Is anything actually going to bottleneck at 2.4 gb/s, or it the differential just future-proofing? Because I would expect that both will feel lightning fast compared to the HDD storage in current…

Either that, or he actually has lupus or RA and takes it to manage them...but won’t openly admit to having a chronic illness for fear of looking “weak.”

It’s a business opportunity for idled courier or taxi services. Charge restaurants a flat no-BS fee, load menus to a basic app/website, customers pay a similar (but more transparently itemized) amount and the food delivery app companies with shady business practices get shut out.
