Ah, the old “You lib’ruls can’t take a joke!  It was all meant as satire!  So triggered!” excuse, instead of just admitting that you appointed a man who’s grossly unqualified for the job to run a major federal agency.

That’s very optimistic...but you may be underestimating the amount of willful ignorance and outright stupidity throughout much of this country. I have no doubt that the Republican brand will be too tarnished to hold power for at least a generation (if ever again) in most of the west coast, and from the mid-Atlantic

Counterpoint: by 2045, the machines will become smart enough to realize they’re completely sick of our shit, turn on us and it’ll be a Terminator-style apocalypse.

The single-player side of Crackdown 3 was fun for about an hour or two, and I lost interest. Can’t imagine the multiplayer being much more engaging.

It looks like they could be very well manufacturing another Gulf of Tonkin Incident as we speak to do just that.

Or it’ll be an entire state of horrible Wrong Turn/The Hills Have Eyes cannibal mutants. With guns. Lots of guns.

Nothing in the past couple days that I’ve seen. They’re still investigating it. Leaks from US sources are blaming the Iranians, but nobody has offered anything more substantive about how, why, etc.

You’re too kind. I personally wouldn’t feel remotely qualified for the job...but it’s hard to imagine doing any worse than what we’ve already got.

So...we’ve seen absolutely zero evidence of this “credible threat” to US assets the theatre, a senior commander in an allied force in said theatre of operations directly contradicted any indication of such a threat, and the only people really interested in supporting such a conflict have a centuries-old sectarian

Sadly, my job has been relocated to NE Florida. It beats my job having outright moved to India, but the downside is that I’m now stuck in Trumpland. Florida south of Orlando isn’t too bad, but north of the I4 corridor...it’s basically South Georgia.

They’re right about one thing - Trump yard signs can be a useful tool.

The rebooted Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider were great. Shadow of the Tomb Raider was...ok, but not up to the quality of its two predecessors. Maybe it would have been better if I had played it with the entire season’s DLC from the start, but I didn’t enjoy it enough to warrant another full play through just

Is it just me, or does the term “Great Patriot Farmers” sound more like something Chairman Mao would have used than something a president of the US should be saying?

Moreover, if they were going to start over from scratch to manufacture most of this stuff in the US...the factories would largely be automated, and would only create a fraction of the jobs the MAGAHats want to believe they will (and they’ll be jobs that require very specific education and vocational training that your

A) Hopefully, any dirt they could muster on Biden (factual or otherwise) would end up being irrelevant, because I really, really hope he isn’t the 2020 Democratic nominee.

Heart disease is actually good for something after all!

And really...while funneling his fortune into humanitarian and ecological causes would be ideal, I’d much rather see him contribute something meaningful to space exploration than just live a life of frivolous opulence and then leave untold wealth to his kids or his cat or whatever when he dies.

Probably closer to a pre-protomolecule version of The Expanse (which, handily enough, is also now an Amazon Prime IP!).

Ehh...Donj’s been keeping a low profile lately, but his “apolitical” status went out the window with his involvement with the 2016 presidential campaign.

I get that you’ve got a beef with any 2020 Dem who isn’t Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren. But the reporting on this is a going to be a no-win situation no matter what he does.
