Lol after years of infertility then having my son after IVF in July last year and then falling pregnant naturally in November I do remember what it was like to dream I was pregnant. Now, I'll be more than happy if it never happens again!!

I waited until the birth and it was such a fantastic suprise and wonderful moment to know that he was out (!) and that he was a boy. Make sure you let every scan person/doctor know you don't want to know the sex as I've heard of lots of slip-ups!

I do quite a bit of facilitation in my job and have run a few "Intro to Communication skills" type courses. One of the points that has stuck with me throughout is that, generally speaking (unless you're doing a speech to mean girls or something), the audience wants you to succeed, they want you to do well.

Every year is extreme. We did a ten year renewal in Vegas with Elvis then went out and got really drunk at a scummy bar with a buck's party from North Carolina. Best renewal ever!!

I once read an article about how women don't ask for raises and that's one of the reasons why men consistently outearn in the same jobs. The next day I went in and asked for a 20% raise at work and got it. Sure I was lucky but what's the worst that can happen? They say no.
