many of these places you CAN go in the game, many are part of the single player story, or part of heists on multiplayer. they’re just not open all the time. yes there were a few areas unlocked by this mod, mostly those that you have to teleport into.

Wait a second, a story involving the police, and no one was shot, stabbed, beat, tazed, maimed or paralyzed?!? well that’s a refreshing change of pace.
