I think it will be more like $4-450 -if you already have a solid gaming pc, you’re all set. Maybe you might want to buy a $200 gpu to get it to play really super well.

then ur fuxxored

Without blocking out the outside world - it will be floating in your room.

Here’s a screen shot of PS4 game running at 4K on the morpheus

It’s all gaming, and whatever you enjoy is what’s “real”. Still, if you really want to game your ass off, PC is kind of the king. And the parts are faster and cheaper than ever.

Same here - it was an IT conference and the “game” was dumb (simulation involving destroying malware in some sort of grid) , but I could tell it was a very special device - perfect tracking, great field of view - I felt transported. Dying to get one personally.

Console only succeeds in its living room form factor, and PC is starting to break down that advantage.

I love the idea of a some sort of treadmill peripheral. A proper motorized treadmill. The camera would be used to map your treadmill and alert you not to fall off. The speed of the treadmill would map into the simulation, and your body would be rendered as well (perhaps one kinect could do all of this.

Also, there is huge diversity in shape, character, and position of women’s genitals. I actually enjoy doing it, and really want it to be enjoyable for the other. It helps so much much when they are crystal clear in what works and doesn’t. When you have to go on “reaction” alone, it’s tricky. I’ll be like “ooh she

Not to say I’m dubious, just confused. The console itself was “jailbroken” by software alone, if I’m not mistaken. And cracked OG xboxes were so ubiquitous as to give rise to the whole XBMC phenomenon. And it was essentially a vintage PC. Now I just want to waste my morning searching for “why”. :)

“Digital media is just fine”

I agree with every word of that. But man, the scrolling levels, yipes.

This is the reason these films stand up today - so much practical stuff to ground you.

Are you saying it’s actually <0 stakes? Because you might be onto something. Since the plot is of Ep One is actually:

Oh boy, you are a generous reviewer. I’ll admit that my roommate and I played the heck out of it in college, but what choice did we have? You could only play so much tecmo and mega man.

Just to provide balance... I just read it (thanks Kotaku, I was looking to kill 90 minutes), and I genuinely liked the ending. Made it personal and not just some “unlucky guy stumbles upon an evil thingy” story. YMMV

It’s well composed, and has very good sound-design. However, it is too long by half. And, I’m pretty sure it’s nearly 100% CGI (especially the landscape) so feels weightless in most areas.

I remind my kids (who insanely like it), that the entire movie hinges on a soapbox derby.

What’s crazy is how, by far, the best set piece is when Qui-gon, Maul and Kenobi are separated by those weird energy shield things. It’s a brilliant sequence with very little fx.
