We have some in our light fixtures. It’s nice that you can dim them and make different lighting presets. We also have them on a timer so the dog doesn’t get left in the dark if we aren’t home. But... they’re far from necessary.

I think someone in Groupthink posted this recently: “Expectations are resentments waiting to happen.”  I wrote that on a Post-It near my desk. 

I think you should find it encouraging for sure! Is it an online application or something that you would need to resubmit?  Make a couple of small changes to your cover letter.  Probably no change to your resume unless you have relevant experience that wasn’t already on it.

That’s worse than the worst mosh put I’ve ever seen... which was at a Type O Negative show.  It’s metal, but it’s way too slow!!  They looked silly. :-P 

If you don’t feel comfortable just asking, do you have a skill or service you could trade for donations? I’ve seen that a lot when folks are asking for help. Whether its a personalized poem, doing makeup, a tarot reading, could be anything. Good luck!

No, I have no interest in watching videos. I have very little attention span for them, and can read faster than it takes to watch something.

A friend has implants (not huge ones) and I’m jealous that her boobs always look perky and she doesn’t need to wear a bra. So I get the appeal there, but it’s not something I would want for myself. Mine are large enough as is!
