What I don’t understand is why we aren’t even looking at smaller-scale next generation nuclear plants. They can be much, much safer and less expensive. I think a lot of them are also incapable of producing weapons grade material, which may be why the government isn’t interested.

This has been my thinking since the very beginning. He’s got insecurities he needs to constantly feed because he really feels weak, small, and stupid.

You can only try to educate people so much, eventually you hit diminishing returns (particularly when they view education as something that makes you stupid). I’m not going to dumb myself down to avoid making Trump supporters feel bad about themselves. That’s on them, not me.

That’s the issue, right? Trump is a tactical guy, not a strategy guy. All the thinks of is his next decision, not anything beyond that.

I guess no one told them that a very large portion of the at risk people there are their constituency.

I feel like his biggest cheerleaders suffer from the same level of insecurity he does, and any threat to him they take as a personal threat to their own identities. They tend to make the most noise too, because if they don’t repeat it constantly they feel like they’ll stop believing it so strongly.

I mean really, is is that difficult to drive a train? It kind of seems like you watch the guages, hit the throttle or brake, and watch for stuff in the way. There’s no steering or anything to do.
