Yeah, this school has had such a tragic fall from grace. UW-M and Butler had a pretty great rivalry going during the latter Bruce Pearl years and Jeter was actually looking like a promising coach for a while. As a Butler guy I hope LaVall goes the path of Ryan and Pearl and not Jeter.

You are 100% right. I’m not suggesting these are the best over all joints in town, just good Lengua. I’m more of an Agave guy, but it’s also over priced, but woo-sah so is everything in this town.

Foremost, the point of the post was that the ritzy white taco places run out of beef tongue tacos, which is to say that white people might eat more beef tongue than the author supposes. The second point is that Machete has the best beef tongue taco I’ve ever had, and that withstands any shitty, or uppity taco joint…

It surely depends on the level of hotel and your willingness to put up with the shit to get somewhere. If you have a college degree in HTM and you’re worth a shit you’ll start out at a decent starting salary for a young college grad in a service industry position even as an hourly, upper $40K+ with usually pretty good…

I’m with you. Except my commute is shorter so audiobooks end up being frustrating due to not having good stopping points. So I do podcasts. Same effect, forces me to focus more on what’s happening inside my car and less on whats going on out there that I can’t control.
