Too true :( It’s pretty unbelievable that these sort of relationships are still idealized in 2017. So many teenagers think that JokerxHarley is the epitome of romantic love and in Batman TAS the Joker was shown to be terrible abusive. Even Batman was like “Harley wtf he’s an abusive using asshole.”

It’s not a love story if one character is a physically, mentally, and emotionally abusive asshole.
