That's kind of what I was driving at... well, that and the fact that there are a lot of other things we do in the military that aren't the best for preparedness, both in general and as it relates to females in the service specifically.

They've had their own PT tests for years, why shouldn't they get their own body armor?

I bought one of these, love the absolute hell out of it, and even I experience the same 50/50 reaction to the front end... although the blindness tends to wear off a bit faster for me. That's probably just my bias healing my eyes quicker, though.
