Well said.

I don't mean to be pedantic, but a lot of songs are called "Adagio __________", that's just a way to refer to the tempo. Do you know which Adagio this is? Cuz I likes it.

*tries not to laugh*

Hah.

Is it weird that I know next to nothing about Alfas, but am madly in love with them every time I see one?

Good team effort there.

I don't mean to be "that guy" but wouldn't the same be possible in, say, a Miata?

Exactly. The only negatives I can think of are that I never get anywhere near the EPA ratings (Eco mode is for chumps when there's a sport mode button right next to it!) and the interior is a lot smaller than it looks from the outside.

Of course, of course.

I love driving it. I had an '04 GTO before this, and I honestly think I enjoy the Juke more often than I enjoyed the Pontiac. As a rubbish driver, it's easier to enjoy the heck out of my peppy little "sport-cross" (really worked on that one, didn't ya Nissan?) confidently than it was to do the same in the goat. I

My Juke has a turbo'd, DI'd 1.6L and it makes something like 188hp at the crank. So, yeah. Take that for whatever it's worth.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but that sounds an awful lot like you're dissing the Miata....

Isn't that the same with all the Gawker sites?

I have been zinged and I love it.

"Everything I say is right, and we know that everything I say is right because I say that everything I say is right, and if you recall from earlier in this sentence: everything I say is right."

Unfortunately, arguing semantics is sometimes necessary to define what exactly it is one is trying to say. Sorry the phrase "arguing semantics" turns you off so badly.

Good point, hadn't considered the tranny difference, and throwing the CVT into the mix would definitely make a standard Civic comparison more viable.

I don't always approve of BrtStlnd's comments. But when I do, they're this freaking good.

No cars anywhere, ever are "trying" to be cool, for that matter. They're cars. As inanimate objects they can't "try" to do anything. Wouldn't this boil down to which cars are "marketed" as being cool? A pedantic, semantic argument, sure. But go watch the advertising for the new Civic and tell me they aren't trying to

Sure, the CR-Z isn't as fast as an Si... not sure any human on Earth could reasonably argue with that. But the Si has a bit more than "minimal" fuel economy penalty vise the CR-Z.
