Back when I lived in Bed-Stuy, I always assumed these were a front for something else. They would go around the neighborhood at like 11PM. It was just weird. I never called & complained, though.

Along similar lines, I was thinking they might be more affluent because they would be more likely to need a surrogate, or use a sperm bank, or have to pass an inspection to adopt. Money can't buy happiness, but having enough can alleviate a lot of stress and make for a much more comfortable existence.
