It was definitely this man’s unlocky day.

Are you guys silly? He’s still gonna send it:

Drag racing is very popular in America. Especially in the midwest. We don’t have canyon roads or twisty country-sides with elevation changes. We have fields and roads laid out like “the grid” from Tron.

Been going on for years, 50 years ago it was some guy with a new (GTO/HEMI Something/Ford Something) being beat by a kid with ‘62 Chevy ll powered by a worked over 327.....and it was just as much fun to watch then! Still though, I’m excited for the Demon!

Sir, this is Jalopnik. We won’t buy it even if we love it. We’re going to wait until 5 years after it’s discontinued to buy it. Then lament that the buyers didn’t buy the packages that we wanted.

as long as you don’t crash into an innocent group of bystanders and record the video in portrait.

This is one of those cases where its not just about girth, but length, too.

People here really need to chill out and lay off the judgment. This is a major company releasing a street legal drag car and trying their best to make it awesome.

Look closer. That is the start of the front splitter, not misalignment.

Mexico and Canada are part of America. You’re welcome on your geography schooling.

It’ll start to get annoying when Chevy and Ford also come out with their versions of this car. Then it’ll be a trend and I hate trends.

I for one love that they let the SRT guys (and gals) have fun and do crazy shit like this. I mean watch that video and tell me you don’t think they’re passionate about their product. Are you guys bitching just to bitch? What could you have AGAINST a product like this as a true jalop? Did a guy in a Hellcat drive over

pretty sure jeep and ram make the “cars people want to buy”

Gimmicks yes. I don’t think you realize how many people are lining up to buy these though. In 2015 dodge thought 8,000 Hellcats would quench the thirst. They were way wrong. Ramped up production for 2016 to the tune of 2x.
