If there were a tangible benefit with hop extraction (there probably isn’t) I could see doing a portion of a larger batch in the insta-pot for the efficiency or magical flavor gains. Vermont tends to get used to wash titles because of how they treat sales of older cars. As far as sales tax, when you register after buying you have to pay the 6% sales tax unless you can prove you have already paid it. Probably still cheaper than annual registration in Connecticut but definitely not tax free.
