LOL. Me too. I am such a completist I keep watching Flash and stuck with shows like Revenge and Gossip Girl until the final, bitter end.

You can totally skip The Flash. That show has gone downhill FAST. Supergirl and Legends are pretty similar in tone and goofiness, so if you must, choose one of them and watch Arrow to balance out the cheesiness.
