I'm halfway convinced that Helix works for Talia or Chase/Prometheus. Susan was just a distraction and them kidnapping Oliver was just an excuse to get Felicity further mired into Helix's clutches. Did you see that lady smile when Felicity basically signed over her soul in exchange for help with finding Oliver?

The Arrow writers are in serious debt to Josh Segura. In the span of on episode, his performance of Prometheus alone was enough to elevate Season 5 into the serious shit storm the writing had doomed it to the past few episodes.
