I think it’s a scarf. A very, very, very long scarf.

Alcohol can reduce your chances of getting pregnant which is why I didn’t drink while trying. This goes for men too btw but because it impacts sperm quality/quantity they have to dial it back 90 days in advance.
Love my Mirena(s). Hubby was going to get snipped after baby #3 but I love not having a period/cramps/low iron levels so much that I just got my 4th Mirena instead.
Well, it was 5 years ago so at that point it may not have been so apparent that she wasn’t professional ballerina material. Also, she didn’t say no school would take her, just the one(s) in her area. I mean presumably she’s checked and this school that she’s trying to raise money to attend will let her wear the hijab.
Especially given that they have reasonably attractive parents.
To be fair (and according to the story) her mom had to open a dance studio so that she could continue to take lessons after she started wearing hijab which isn’t ok.
That’s my point, that there aren’t hijab wearing ballerinas because girls who wear hijab don’t learn to dance, not because ballet companies aren’t hiring hijab wearing ballerinas.
Kind of my point.
She’s actually wearing long sleeves.
Very, but this may be more of a correlation than a causation thing. It sounds like Muslim familes where the girls are raised to wear a hijab are not likely to send their daughters to ballet class in the first place. Given the combination of money, time, effort, and inate skill, and opportunity that it takes to become…
That is true, but I’ve never known anyone’s neighbors to care. Campaigns do use that info to target potential voters though.
Probably going to depend on if he can point to a reputable source for that info or not.
“Aiming for the White House for years” - yes, absolutely
“groomed by the Dems to assume the role” - What?
I think in a genuine draft situation where the units were roughly 50/50 male/female that would almost certainly be the case.
Not just you. “When did Tina Fey play Marcia Clark!?” was my first thought on seeing that picture.
I gotta admit I don’t understand this comment at all.
I did read it but at least in my browser those links are not bright red in the actual article and thus did not jump out at me the same way.
The reason I linked to the article was because it was the source of the statistic I was citing and you should always support your data. I’m still not sure what point you’re trying…
I just had to explain to my husband why I was laughing hysterically and then he had a good laugh too (he’s from Ellicott City and I’m from Wilde Lake). Only part of Columbia I see an affluenza defense coming out of is River Hill.
Thankfully my parents paid off their house 20 years ago so it almost doesn’t matter what they sell it for (I think they’re moving in that direction because of all the deferred maintenance they’ve suddenly decided to take care of). I do know that the equity in it is definitely not part of their retirement plan.
Nope, Wilde Lake. Some of my older siblings and cousins were there at the same time with him (it was a big deal because he was Rouse’s grandson) and IMDB confirms Wilde Lake class of ‘87.
