All areas of Columbia have Section 8 housing, even River Hill (some of those ginormous houses are actually cleverly designed multi-family dwellings)

O’Malley is still in the race because he’s running for VP or a cabinet position.

It also (if done correctly) protects it from an early failed marriage.

I wouldn’t disagree that people are perhaps too sensitive about a lot of thing. That being said if I’ve got some Indian people telling me it’s ok and some Indian people telling me it’s not I’m going to err on the side of caution and not.

I’m not exactly sure what point you’re trying to make with all of that data, especially the parts you highlighted. I’m not arguing that all stay at home moms are staying home because it’s easy to live on their husband’s paycheck (I’m well aware that many women make the choice to stay home because childcare is so

About 30% of moms stay at home with their kids. The last time I checked a lot fewer than 30% of homes had rotary telephones.

I’m in MD and we have school nurses. Each school has a LPN to pass out meds and stuff and then for every 3 schools there’s a “cluster nurse” who’s an actual RN and takes care of stuff the LPN can’t/isn’t legally allowed to. It’s seriously great. We have telemedicine in the schools now (you have to fill out paperwork

I love saris but as a white woman I figure the only time I could wear one and not look like an asshole is if a friend of Indian descent asked me to wear one in her wedding. There are some lovely accessories available from upcycled old sari fabric though so I’ll have to content myself with them.

The dry food is because it’s cheap and easy to transport and store. For canned food I think it’s because the more uniform the texture the less able you are to tell what garbage is in it. Until her recent diagnosis of mild kidney failure (which calls for reduced protein food) the only “soft” food I’ve fed my cat was

That is an amazing story!

I believe you that your cats lived that long, I’m just pointing out that that is unusual since your original comment was a little critical.

I think the key is just to get a variety (the set idea) and/or make a point of saying “I got this one for you because I thought you’d like ___ feature.” I just ordered 2 for my kids (who are as yet too little for them). The “curvy” one with blue hair and the “regular” one with purple hair because my daughter loves it

Actually the whole point of elimination communication is that the baby and the parents learn cues from each other so that the baby can be placed over a potty or bowl and pee/poop in that receptacle. If your baby is peeing and pooping everywhere you’re doing it wrong.

Not to mention that it’s more than understandable if she has an extremely low tolerance for that kind of partying right now.

Maybe, but you’d think that the kind of person who kept an animal that just shits and pisses anywhere wouldn’t mind a few pits and peels.

Your baby has claws like that!? ;)

I think you’re probably correct. This is from the website of someone who sells them, right? If they’re fed this way as they’re raised they probably don’t really know how to do it themselves. That being said I bet if you put them in a cage with some fruit they’d figure it out eventually.

You have very long lived animals then. 15-20 for an oudoor cat is an extreme anomaly and high even for indoor cats.

My current cat is 20 and I’m 35 which means I’ve had her for more than half of my life. I’m constantly reminding myself that she may not be with us much longer but we just got bloodwork run at the vet and according to them she’s completely healthy other than that her kidneys are fuctioning at more like 90% than 100%.

Why does it need a person to cut up the fruit? Isn’t that what the claws and teeth are for?
