Dunno where that one came from but it's all yours if you want it. So sick of hearing about "Normal" when it comes to relationships, and seeing kids I know try an have relationships like the ones they read about/see on TV. Huzzah for us freaks. :)

Oh, screw normal with a whale dick! Who needs it? Whatever relationship works with both you and your partner is what's right. The husband and I have made 15 years out of something most folks would think is kind of weird. We only look normal on the outside, and I betcha nobody else you think is "normal" has the same

Heeeee. You're mean. :)

I was an idiot when I was the same age as most undergrads... the folks who manage to pass through that phase of their life *without* being idiots tend to regret it later. Like not having a childhood. Or so I'm told.

I wondered the same thing, but thought I was already heading into TLDR territory as it was. :) Also, the "smash" comment is a bit of slang; in this context it means a bit of quick n dirty sex, not an actual violent bashing.

...it's a bit of slang that makes it sound bad. "Smash" in that context from a brit lad mag means "a bit of rough sex".

And no more comforting excuses about math; it's not that I'm genetically incapable, I'm just really bloody lazy.

Ha! Yeah, sadly, but as long as you're not hearing them in a dark room at 2 am you're probably ok. :)

Brainwashing lingers long after our rational minds figure it out. Read up on the similarities between cult behavior and abusive relationships sometime, then see how much of it applies to purity groups. Then maybe talk to someone professional about it and it won't take you as long to get over it as it took me. If you

I'm sure there's no correlation at *all* between a bunch of guys insisting on girls being virgins and the guy's pervy quotient.

"funk" as a last name is awesome. Funk & Wangles wildlife encyclopedia, Funk the music - coolness all around.

Replying to promote - thank you for this.

See, a lot of those kids still have very romantic notions. Heavy reasons like job loss and power imbalances are just going to make it all *more* attractive. A little disappointment, though, that's not terribly sexy.

She should have replied back: TL;DR.

You *get* this. <3 It's ok to want whatever you want, as long as nobody else gets hurt. The rapists, they go all gung-ho on the first part of that sentence and completely miss the second bit that makes it all ok for everyone. Like little kids not understanding the movie screen isn't real.

My girlfriends and I call each other things like chickie-babe and lady. It's not as kiddy-sounding as "girl' but not as formal as "woman".

Everything has its time and place! And a woman might want to be dominated one day and want to be on top the next. It doesn't have to be the same thing all the time even with the same partner. :)

The Brits love to mangle their own language. :) Like "pash" meaning kiss.

It's actually not that difficult to tell which are which. The ones from the lad mags don't go over the consensual line; they discuss what women want and love or "secretly" might fantasize about, but don't say that women themselves don't know what they want. The ones from the rapists all say "she's asking for it" and
