Small modding team has no time or money to fight this. Even if it’s BS, they can’t take it to court.

But it’s still free speech all around????? People are free to voice their opinions and support what they want in reaction to his comments? I don’t see how they’re trying to supress him?

I’m still wondering how they’re gonna fix the issue of ultimates. Ultimates basically still decide fights, which leads to exciting tension *while you’re playing*, trying to coordinate and figure out which enemies have which ults. Since you know all this as a spectator, more often than not you know who’s gonna win the

Her context was “taking it one step further for the women but not the men is uncomfortable”. She’s saying this takes it further than what it already was.

I am so glad more games are doing this sort of thing now, as the only other game I can remember doing this is Monster Hunter. It just makes combat more interesting anyway.

I couldn’t even walk when Quake 3 came out. I have zero nostalgia for any Quake game. It’s just after playing games like Overwatch that make darn sure all the abilities are interesting, work together, and can be countered, stuff like this feels lazy and slapdash, not adding anything.

What bugged me the most from that footage is that there didn’t seem to be much counterplay opportunities for the visor power. Like, now you can see through walls. There’s nothing interesting the enemies can do to play against it, there’s no way to react to it, you just know where they are now. It looks like a random

Best moment I’ve ever had so far in the game is one where it totally screwed me over. Y’know those doors you need to pay to get by? You can actually break them, and I thought I was smart in trying to. And then the game cursed me to die in one hit.

If you’ve even going to yell at me for wanting to play a character at the start of the match you’ve already set horrible biases for yourself.

I mentioned I mained Sombra, not a sniper. Anyway, I also play Zarya, McCree, and a heck of a lot of Lucio and Ana, and can flex to whatever else. I’d just like to be able to play my favourite hero without getting shouted at once in a while. And why does anyone deserve an insult over a video game?

The Overwatch community is very pleasant, except for hero picks. Seriously. It always came down to “Do I play the hero I enjoy more than any other or do I not get yelled at?” It’s insane.

I don’t think you should direct hate at anyone, ever, in an online game. You’re applying an unbelievably unfair stereotype to a group of people and using that to justify toxicity.

I feel for people who wanna play Hanzo, this sort of behavior by others is why I quit playing Overwatch despite having 300 hours in it. I would get some of the most vitriolic and hateful speech thrown at me simply because I wanted to play Sombra, and occasionally people would actually throw games because I chose her.

If only Youtube had acted faster, this wouldn’t be happening. They’ve pushed it to the point where they’re losing advertisers, and now I suspect YT is in full panic mode desperately trying to appease the advertisers. The problem is, the advertisers do not care if harmless things get removed, only that the bad stuff is

If you stun an opponent it still counts as the same combo. Check the counter on the left side.

I’m just not convinced framerate is something you can sidestep with a consistent ruleset and great visual design, seeing how the dips will actually impact the gameplay and visuals themselves. Perhaps I’m a bit of a stickler for this stuff, but framerate feels like something I don’t think is wise to “sidestep”.

Totally

I don’t think their point is “this was 100% better in the good old days”. Their sense is that in the last few years they feel that anime and such has gotten a bit stagnant and perhaps the same sort of stories are oversaturated. Most of it stars teenagers, and the lack of relatable adult protagonists has gotta

Stage picking is often a core part of playing the game, and I’d seriously argue that letting each player choose stages allows for more strategic depth. If you randomize stages people won’t be able to craft unique strategies or different playstyles and be forced into playing characters who are generally good at most

If your show isn’t based around fanservice in some form and you put it in, it tells me you don’t have confidence in your core product to keep the audience’s attention.

Now playing

Have you ever listened to the GBA soundtrack for DKC3? I personally think it’s at least on par with DKC2.
