Seriously? Tyrion's misogyny and vitriol is excused because at least he's funny? That's bullshit. Furthermore, Tyrion is just as ruthless as Cersei is. I think that's what comes from having Tywin Lannister as a father. It's amazing how people will excuse certain traits in men but condemn women for them.

No way. If anything, in AFFC and ADWD the "evil queen" facade is peeled away to show Cersei's true motivations and feelings and the extent to which she has been oppressed and abused all her life.

4. If Robb had listened to Cat about keeping Grey Wind with him at all times, he might not have died.

You can't really point to one character's action that "started it all". You could also say that Jaime started it all by pushing Bran or that Joffrey started it all by trying to have Bran murdered or that Littlefinger started it all by telling Cat the knife was Tyrion's. There are too many factors at play.

I haven't seen most of the movies in this bracket, but I basically show up each round to vote for The Last Airbender because I am still not over how horrific that movie was.

Hearted you because Martha fans can be hard to find! Donna's my favorite but Martha is awesome.

I think that's too close to what happened in "The Girl Who Waited". I don't know, any death scenario with Rory and Amy has almost been done already so I really don't know what Moffat's going for here. I am glad the Weeping Angels are making another appearance, though.

No, I took it that way, too. I also laughed at Aiden telling Josh that vampires don't drink werewolves "because of the smell". Because if you've ever known a teenage boy who refused to go down on his girlfriend, it was "because of the smell". That whole scene reeked of sexuality, AND I LOVED IT.

"If this is one of those vampire Jim Crow laws, you need to just get over it!"

How about the whole Aiden drinking Josh thing? I thought that was pretty interesting. And was I the only one who kind of starting shipping Chin and Cowlick after last night's episode? I'm sorry, the actors just have so much chemistry together.

Genderswapping is not exactly new in fanfic or fanart, but I do really like this artist's work.

It would definitely be better if they used Skipper. I also wonder which outfit she'll be wearing - girl on fire dress or arena outfit?

I get why it was included here, but Spiffing Jewelry has some really cool stuff in their shop. They have this girl on fire necklace, for one, as well as stuff like ring sets that say "I love you" and "I know".

Oh god, please no voiceovers. I forget where I saw this, but someone suggested recently that they could also use shots of Haymitch during the games to try to explain what Katniss was thinking. I'm sure they'll have audience reaction shots as people watch the games, but only Haymitch is in the loop and will see through

I thought he would be more upset about Stu tricking Julia into sleeping with him, really. His whole chivalrous "I don't want to hurt you" thing. Both aspects of it are really really wrong, obviously, but I was surprised that neither was really focused on.

Maybe Aiden wasn't concentrating? I'm not sure. It seemed like he was looking away and kind of feeling disgusted right before the glamour wore off. Maybe he has to maintain it to keep it going.

I thought it was a good episode, but I was also disturbed by how rapey the episode was. I felt like Josh should have been a little more bothered by Stu possessing him.

I disagree. The relative hotness of the male leads and the ease with which they can be given cute nicknames is crucial to my enjoyment of a show. So thanks, Meredith!

Yeah, I'm sold. But I'm REALLY sold on Tucci as Caesar Flickerman.

One of my favorite moments from the first season is when Sansa says, "Or maybe I'll give him yours," to Joffrey. Sophie Turner killed that scene.
