The original book by Roal Dahl was "Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory is actually the name of the original 1971 movie on the subject matter starring Gene Wilder. The newer Choclate factory movie went by the original name of the book.

I don't think a sales person should ever laugh in a customers face. That's never good form. However circa 2005 imac. With the rate of turnover with tech (not only mac, but pc too) that machine would be considered way past it's upgrade date.

This is the real world. There is a difference between protesting and breaking the law. These huge douche bags make it incredibly difficult for all those seeking legal avenues of protest.
