Don’t you all have phones?

Tell me you have never worked in the food/service industry without telling me you’ve never worked in food service. Lol.
It’s always been a broken mess. The best hope for the world is death to the US empire.
Americans being baffled by government funding of arts is really funny to me.
“All politicians are bad”? Oh no, you sweet summer child, I would instead say “All politicians are apathetic to anyone that doesn’t give them money.” The country hasn’t been a true democracy nor a true republic the moment Citzens’ United passed, which gave corporations personhood and allowed money to influence…
I would like to see the original version
Oh if it were today the studio would force a free dlc to give those incels a chance to play as Snake.
[Read in the gruff voice of my Conservative Uncle]
“You just couldn’t make a game like Metal Gear Solid 2 in 2001's overly sensitive PC culture!”
It is definitely unfortunate that personal morality has been pretty massively devalued and characterised as something owned solely by the religious right, for the last few decades. Because it’s the best reason not to do a lot of shitty things.
Of course, if her employer had say, let her leave earlier since there was a state of emergency declared far earlier than evening then maybe she wouldn’t have gotten stuck in the first place.
“i just want to relive my beloved childhood memories and not everything has to be a huge political or moral statement”
Honestly I don’t think most people realized that they could try and prevent a merger. I never heard of the The Clayton Antitrust Act of 1914 until I read it here. Maybe this will be a launch pad to use this against mergers that actually matter verse this crap use.
Why are you and 37 other people so desperate for this merger to happen?!? What a bunch of weirdos, tbh...
Man, wouldn’t it have been great if people had used this same statute to try to prevent other massive mergers, such as cable and telecom companies?
Otherwise, the fact that this WASN’T used to prevent those mergers says a lot about how likely this case is to actually pass muster
Kinda like the headline that tricks us into clicking on slideshows?
Cool, now you can have fun guessing which will crash first: the game or the car!
Some great movies here, but a few of the entries almost seem like trolls. I mean, Halloween Ends? C’mon haha
It’s probably the best Halloween movie since the original.
I actually think the debate over whether or not AI-generated art should be recognized as art is pointless, for many of the reasons you mention. If it were a matter of individual artists using this tool in isolation I would have no problem with it.
What the techno-utopians who comment on articles like this fail to realize is that they’re considering AI art generators as a neutral tool that has somehow materialized out of thin air. Considered in isolation, it is a promising instrument - but the reality is that such technology is developed and wielded by…
