“In the United States, higher-court rulings set the standard for future proceedings...”
So like people were telling you in the last thread: Why not both? If you know a bit of law, then you’d know that the likelihood of Activision or Kotick receiving anything beyond a light fine is slim at best.
And you do realize that this stuff is gaining traction “because” of consumer outrage, including threats of…
Yeah! The SEC doesn’t mess around! They’ll be fined AT LEAST a couple $100k, without having to admit guilt.
Given that the decisions of the average CEO has demonstrated to be, at best, a coinflip chance of being a good one (to say nothing of being a great or the best one), they really aren’t all that useful or valuable. Your average highschool dropout can probably perform the job at a comparable level.
Oh boy, they are in trouble now. I am sure they are going to face severe consequences that lead to lasting and meaningful change within the organization!
I’d argue AC Origins and Odyssey had that problem though. Both had their maps sectioned off so you’d get trounced in the wrong area if you weren’t a high enough level. I’m a bit over 40 and care deeply about the first two world wars since they were the main drivers that shaped how the world looks today. Then again, a lot of people my age and younger got a HORRIBLE history education and so they don’t appreciate the profound effect of the wars in the past ~100 years and were actually…
It’s amazing how certain Americans forget history or revise-the-f*** out of it.
They disagree with Reagan?
People transcribe and organize these, the same way folks do on IMDB for TV/Movies. IGDB is the biggest one, and is easy to use to check someone’s credentials.
I generally agree, tho I think you’re picking at an edge case that isn’t what the article is about.
No, you technically get continual credit as it’s still your work going forward. Your contribution would obviously have a more accurate title to indicate its legacy but it’s still your work.
Meh.
