The gaming community is something else. Game comes out rushed, they bitch and attack the devs. Game gets delayed, they bitch and attack the devs. Xbox fans have a whole revolving library of free games via a subscription but blow a gasket when the company that released Fallout 76 tells them they have to wait longer.

I feel like this kind of stuff only gets scrutinized when something is stylized in some kind of unique way. If we were to really look at all games, especially in the, only realism matters HD era, we will see a lot games have very similar art styles. They’re just generic af.

You have a point but I think if you cross Eva with anything it should almost always be with a blank slate in terms of plot. Save us the clumsy story and just let us play as cool angel robots.

Please delay games, take as much humane time as the devs need. We don’t need anymore hurriedly released and broken games. Nor do we need games that people have to destroy themselves just to hit a target that makes rich people happy.
