I’ve always thought that 13 was a pretty good game. A solid 8/10. It may not stack up as well as the great final fantasies but people calling it an outright horrible game is beyond hyperbole

But could you expect any different? If they can keep getting people to fork out at least 60 every year, I’m sure you can get them to kick out 20 dollars…

Besides this feeling like a remastered Dreamcast game that doesn’t exist my only real complaint is this not wrapping up the story. Almost 2 decades and we are still waiting for a conclusion 

I definitely wanted a more updated take on the series and a conclusion but for the 30 I paid to back it, I’m not mad. Now the 60 they’re asking for at retail is egregious to me for whats basically a remaster of a Dreamcast game that doesn’t exist. If we do get Shenmue 4, I hope they do make it a little more current

The one upside to the way publishers are moving now is it gives me less money to spend.
