Looks like the money AEV invested in the Brute was free R&D for Jeep.

It also has a LOT to do with the AEV relationship. AEV’s logo has had a bison in it for over 21 years.

My 2015 Wrangler Unlimited with nearly 43k on the odometer has had 0 issues. The Pentastar and Hemi platforms are pretty bulletproof. The other engines I can’t speak for.

It’s from an FCA dealer. Chrysler as a brand probably doesn’t have more than a handful of standalone dealers. A dealer would struggle to float selling only Chrysler products.
