Besides, not all full-size 'Murican pickups with manuals are garbage. I have a 1996 Chevy K1500 with the 4.3 Vortec and a 5-speed. Sure, the shift lever is 3 feet long, but the action's nice and the clutch is light. Quite the opposite of what people expect. And I actually do rev-match that thing, just to keep my chops

Neither the article nor the press release mentions the layout. Maybe I'm missing it somewhere, but since it doesn't seem to be specified whether it's rear- or front-wheel-drive, I'm gonna have to assume that it's FWD. The CVT thing kinda bears this out too.

I know and agree with you 100%...I just think manuals are more fun.

I love this website. You guys just know how to push all the right buttons, and you do it with style. Keep it up.

That steering wheel is the deal-maker for me. I do deeply dig.

The website says that a six-speed automatic is "available." Does that mean that a manual gearbox is available too? Please please please...

I posted a response to an article a few weeks back entitled "What's the rarest American production car?" (or something to that effect.) My response, which was meant to show my support and appreciation for America despite its (many) flaws, was seen as kind of a rant. (I didn't think it was, but whatever.)

This guy can have my nutz. I don't deserve them after watching this, for I am a poor excuse for a man.

Change "BonusMaximus" to "BonerMaximus."

I agree with Automatch that this is cool.

Dear Cadillac,

This. This is right up my alley. Please, Nissan, anyone, please build something like this—a minimalist commuter vehicle for those of us with a 20-mile or more commute and no passengers.

Hee hee...oh man, I have one of those and it never occurred to me.

You'll notice, I hope, that I said "in theory if not in practice by closed-minded bigots." I wasn't excluding the government in such a statement.

Since 1998. And thanks.

Yeah. Steve already beat you to it on that one. Got anything original?

Cool. Nice to meet you.

Are you saying that this question is a good one? I applaud your answer.

Though there's probably a lot more than one answer. This one's just my favorite.

One answer.
