I prefer the GTI. puts a large screen where you can use touch controls and it not blocking your view

It looks like hondas interpretation of the CX-50. remove any aggression, remove box flare fenders, get rid of mean looking lights. keep the rest the same

it looks blacked out because the paint is black. less so with lighter colors. but the need more metallic paint colors for this car.

no one has mentioned the amazing Mazda Furai from 2008

Lotus’ entire 2010 concept car lineup. But especially the Elan concept

This shouldnt be of concern to him, because you cant drive when you’re in jail

the mini must well well i see Bug it would also cost a good amount less than the mini.  prob well under $30k

VW should bring back the Bug as a RWD short range commuter car. They could price it inexpensively due to using less batteries and could call it the “Lightning Bug”

They are worse with that suspension but can still be fun

BMW is like “we heard you like the handling of a sports car, and cargo space of an SUV. We make that product, but we’ll instead sell you a car with the mileage and handling of an SUV and the cargo space of a sportscar”

If they wont give us the M3 wagon couldnt they at least give us the M340i wagon, making 374hp or the Alpina version making 456hp

But doesnt it still lack independent rear suspension and has that torsion bar?
Im not sure there is much you can do to overcome poor suspension geometry

Your assumptions are wrong. The US is one of the worst carbon emitters of any country. China is number one, the US is number two, India is number 3. US carbon emissions are almost 2x as much as india (in 2017 we did emit over twice what india emits)
On a per-capita basis the US is the worst emitter of any large emitter.

The climate shed a tear too

I think its a shame that to get a performance wagon it has to be a massive luxury wagon costing 6 figures and weighing almost 5000lbs. I really wish we had something like the Golf R wagon priced around $45-50k. 320hp and 3400lbs.

Sadly the only way to get something like that in the states is to just make it yourself

yeah its an amazing engine. Just a flash and the car makes over 300hp. With the stock turbo you can get 350+hp with simple modifications. Start swapping to larger turbos and youd be amazed what this engine will do. But yeah its amazing how well and reliably these tune. Its not a subbie style turn up the manual boost,

yes a stock MK7 GTI is quicker than an R32. But a modified MK7 vs a modified R32 and that gap gets even wider.  There are a lot of 330-400hp GTIs running around and it does not cost much to get there.

wow finding a deal on a sport is impressive. when they came out VW was not offering discounts on those or Golf R.
But yeah my GTI was basically a 2DR, manual, sport (with fog lights)

wish i could have just had it as a second car to baby and keep, instead of as a commuter car.

just wish we had this option. make it just useful enough to justify the 4 doors

Ive owned S2000s and a GTI modified to be way way faster than an R32 and while the GTI is quicker the S2000 was absolutely more fun
