Just happy to see Lindsay Buckingham get a chance to show off his (silent) guitar chops. He was always getting stiffed on “What’s Up With That?”

Tom Ford must be brilliant in some way. Or at least very lucky. The fashion empires he’s helmed and created have done astonishingly well. But to me he looks...not smart. I mean the look on his face. As if there’s nothing going on behind his eyes. I dunno. Just something that occurs to me every time I see him.
This has been the most high profile, mainstream venue for Grace to promote anything, isn’t it? It’s late night, it’s Seth Meyers, yes, but it’s network television and a pretty big deal. Good for her.
A most meaningless, if not totally stupid, comparison..
You had to really S T R E T C H in an attempt to make that point.
Learn to disagree with people? The Dems in Washington haven’t been the ones refusing to work in a bipartisan fashion over the last 8 years.
I’m seeing (not very prolific) actor Mark Patton.
Has anyone read the novel the film is based on? Philippe Dijan’s “Oh...”?
It’s perfectly okay to judge people by their actions and the outcomes of those actions, even if they are hypothetical since we aren’t sure what Trump is really going to do. But if one takes Trump at his word, and is convinced that his actions would be terrible for the country (as many millions do), theres nothing…
That would be true if we didn’t have countless negative statements from Trump over the years about non-white people and women. You can’t take a person’s words and then assume their actual beliefs are different.
People vote their conscience and some of those people are going to be ignorant, stupid, and often both.
I didn’t wait this time! I got a GH Bass Half-Zip Fleece for a great price. I’m still a little salty for missing out on those ECCO shoes I wanted from last week. though.

I guess Chappelle is not a fan of James Joyce’s Ulysses.

You gotta jump on these things. I missed out on the ECCO shoes I wanted yesterday because of my hemming and hawing. The sale hadn’t ended but they sold out of my size. I would’ve saved $30 on a great pair of shoes. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Emily Ratajkowski ain’t all that.
Admirable shenanigans, but still a half-hearted match. Clearly not drunk enough to disregard the potential for injury...to one’s self or the other person.
I should think a witch could feed a haunted house. Dig her nails and that cackle.
I hear ya about FRONTLINE. They tend to get the story correct, and tell it in such a way as to rev up my sense of righteous indignation.
I think they only have several recent episodes, which is cool enough. I’m not sure if donating unlocks more episodes. I know the FRONTLINE page (another great PBS offering) features a great many episodes, too. But it just now occurs to me, in the case of American Masters, that PBS perhaps can’t show every episode. …
According to Wikipedia, it debuted in 1986. Probably a different kind of program back then. Now it’s state of the art television. Yeah, you couldn’t pay me to watch PBS when I was a kid. Now, I’m always checking in to see what’s up. A lot of the episodes are made available on the PBS website, or on DVD, but…
