She’s poorly informed and hypocritical, but this hasn’t prevented her from insisting via Twitter that WE gotta “wake up”. Yeah, I’ve heard similar criticisms from the 8-10 people I know are watching the show. Opinions range from raves to “I watch cuz the wife watches.” Nobody HATED it. I might be curious enough to check out more episodes, but there’s just SO MUCH TV! I don’t have the time to watch shows I already actually ENJOY!

I watched one episode and thought the acting was just terrible. Stilted and unfunny. Worst of all, it seems we’re all supposed to learn lessons from the Connor family 2.0, scraping by in early 21st-century America. No thanks.
